WiFi – Can I use the internet at the library?

Yes!
The Geneva Public Library building, and all the library’s in our system, have free wifi access with the OWWL network.
No password required.

Computer Access – My devices aren’t working, are there computers I can use?

Yes!
Adult PC computers are available on the 2nd Floor.
Youth PC computers are available on the Ground Floor. – time limits on use per day may apply, ask at the Children’s desk

Printing – I need to print this from my device, is there a printer? Is there a cost?

Yes! and Yes.
Go to the 2nd Floor to print from the public computers, or ask the Reference desk how to email it from your device.
Youth may print from their public computers on the Ground Floor.

To offset the costs of paper and ink, we charge:
20¢ one page, black ink
30¢ one page, black ink, 2-sided
40¢ one page, color ink
50¢ one page, color ink, 2-sided

Please note: all credit or debit card transactions have a minimum charge of $1.00

Copying – They want a copy of this paper, can I make copies? Is there a cost?

Yes! and Yes.
Go to the 2nd Floor and ask at the Reference Desk to have items copied.

Scanning – Is there a way to digitize this paperwork?

Yes!
Go to the 2nd Floor and ask at the Reference Desk to have papers scanned to an email or your USB device.

Faxing – They told me to fax it to them; does faxing still exist?

Yes!
Go to the 2nd Floor and ask at the Reference Desk to have papers faxed.
The Library sends faxes, it does not receive them.
