As part of our commitment to supporting a lifetime of learning,
Library employees are available to find specific facts, documents, or data sources,
and to conduct in-depth investigations into a particular topic on behalf of patrons.

• Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Research is capped at 2 hour per individual request, or 3 hours for genealogy research.
• Delivery time for requests may vary, depending on a variety of factors: the size of the request, the availability of resources, and employee workloads.
• The reference librarian reserves the right to deny a request the Library is unable to fulfill.
